I was living in Northern Virginia, so having someone local to check things out and follow up was vital. Lisa visited several homes, taking video and pictures and giving her impression of the home. I explained the things I really cared about, like good gardening space, and she made sure to include that kind of information in her report of the home. If it sounded promising, she was always available to tour the home with me when I could work it into my schedule. This is how I was able to find the home I purchased.
